Mary Preston, a 1976 graduate of Tulane University, is a member of Centenary United Methodist Church, on the Board of Directors for First Citizens Bank, a former member of the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, a Sustaining member of the Junior League, a member of the Reynolda Rotary and a graduate member of Leadership Winston-Salem. She and her husband, Jim, have two sons. Alex is a 2006 graduate of Wake Forest University where he was a member of the golf team and Preston is a sophomore at Wake Forest University and is also a member of the nationally ranked golf team.
